Shaun was awesome! we had a blocked sink, he gave his best and had the problem fixed.
Also, the “ trap” under the sink needed to be changed , as there was a slight leakage, he call the plumber to replace the trap promptly.
The service was quick and timely.

five stats for going above and beyond our expectations. We recently needed a proper fitting toilet seat as the one we had was much too big for our toilet. During my conversation with Tammy I had mentioned we were potty training our toddler . The next day the seat was delivered and they had gone out of their way to include a seat with a potty training attachment . It was a small but thoughtful gesture that has helped my son greatly and made our lives a bit easier during these past couple weeks. Amenity and manager sucks here. Everything is old, and inside the building the temp is extremely high, no matter if it's summer or winter. They do not provide any ACs. Also, when you move out, they will charge you extra fees for cleaning of the small tints on curtain. For me it's 200. I know it's not as NEW as they rent but everything works fine and only some dusts left. 200 is pretty enough to do a throughly cleaning for the apartment. Hard to believe they will even pay attention to those small tints but never replace the old, mold, smelly washer and dryer for me, even I asked 3 times! Shawn is the worst manager ever, always being so rude to others. Also, they have a very bad parking lot, which always has dews coming from the ceiling. Too many Water shutdown with and without notice, imagine if you and your children need to wash, drink and go to the bathroom can't flush! Tammy McMartin and Shawn are the worst manager ever.
