Review by Sundae Olmos (Rating: 5): I am a resident and have lived here since 2/2024 and let me say that this place is seriously the best place I have ever lived aside from my beautiful, naturist mountain cabin in Forest Falls.
The residents here are all the so incredibly kind and we all watch out for one another and congregate at the pool, on the beautiful grounds full of huge old trees- we walk our dogs together and it is my true home! Just as the name La Casitas- this is a wonderful community of people that somehow have all arrived at different times and our property manager Kristen has been a major part of that as she is the one that does all the work to bring in our new residents! She is amazing!

Now the outdoor grounds are under a second renovation soon- Rome was not built in a few days and each unit has been being fully renovated- also remember the second stage is coming soon so the place is going to truly be even more spectacular than ever before. The rental anount/fees are actually far less than most other comparable communities around given the spacious square feet to each unit here. Also- the property is gated and we have the best pool times here! Our spa is heated and the grounds are maintained weekly by an amazing landscaping group.

I love this place so much and my dogs love it too! Pet friendly as well! last thing- I have never had an issue with repairs; we have the best property management team and an online portal to submit anything - you can even pay your rent there and set up auto pay! I can go on and on about how great our laundry rooms are (also an app via Wash online) and how our views are amazing. I can tell you that my dogs and I walk to downtown in simply minutes- I can say this all with pure truth and vouch that this place is truly special! La Casitas is my HOME! - 5 months ago

Review by Tarun Jaiswal (Rating: 5): When we were in need when our other apartment had a water leak and became unlivable, we applied online for Las Casitas and Kristen responded to us immediately.

We were impressed with the use of technology, including the renter application, and approval, - all were easy, hassle-free, and quick. The background check clearance was done very quickly and we got a move-in date within only 5 days from the time we applied.

Kristen has been very responsive to our questions and our maintenance requests. The maintenance guy Arturo also does a fantastic job. I wish I could keep them wherever we go :)

Las Casitas is a nice, quiet community, pet friendly and well-maintained.

Review by Andrew So (Rating: 5): If you're looking for a place that is truly a dog friendly environment, Las Casitas is your place. What a neighborhood full of dog lovers. Kristen, the property manager, made it easy for me to move in as well for my time to move out. There is no hassle in communicating with the manager; as she makes it easy for the tenants to relay any issues in the apartment or the apartment complex in general. If you're single or have a family, and you're looking for a place to bring your loving dog, why not check out Las Casitas. I left Las Casitas with great memories; it's in the middle of all the wonderful coffeeshops, eateries, and well near the heart of downtown Redlands. Review by Tammy Venegaz (Rating: 4): The apartments are beautiful. They have their flaws like everything in the world does. I have had a couple issues so far in the new apartment each is being addressed or has been addressed. Place a maintenance request or leave a message, it will get handled. The new owner whom I have not met is just basically going by what the market is dictating price wise. Our property manager Kristen is a kind and friendly lady who is doing the best she can do with having so much handed to her at one time. If everyone would be patient, myself included, while the renovations are being handled we are going to end up with a wonderful complex to live in. Rome wasn't built in a day! - 2 years ago

Review by Robh G (Rating: 1): August 2021 New Management came in with Kelly Matus and not single repair is getting done. Worst management to deal with. I have been living here for more than 3 years. Location is good, Old management was really good with Deane.

Now there are 7-8 problems piled up in apartment and they don't respond to call, delays repairs and never gets done, really rude to talk with.
"Try to stay away from these apartments now". On top of this, rents are increased but no work is getting done for that.

People in Apartments are nice and friendly. One star belongs to them. - 3 years ago
