Lux Costa Mesa Luxury Apartments

Review by Brian Lien (Rating: 5): Jon gave us one of, if not, the best experience at an apartment tour. We’ve done a bunch of tours throughout the years (LA, SF, NYC - currently living in the bay area) and Jon hands down made me forget any of the past tours I’ve done.

His enthusiasm, excitement, attention to detail, and love for the community really shined through (and rubbed on us, too!). He kept ensuring he addressed any questions and concerns we had, and showed us floor plans he think would best suit our needs given our preferences. Not only that, the community is spectacular - love the decor, the subtle and prominent art pieces throughout, the spacious 2-story gym, accessible pool & jacuzzi area, WFH rooms, and more. The wooden floors throughout the apartment adds a nice touch to the bathroom mirror touch-lights and walk-in closets. Gas stove, huge fridge and washer/dryer, open floor kitchen, slow-close drawers, wow.

Although we are not looking to move immediately, we feel more confident that OC is a great place to return to if it’s for Lux Costa Mesa – who knows, maybe within the next 6 months or sooner! We felt SO welcomed and already like we were part of this little Lux family.

Review by Cal Natour (Rating: 5): Pirusha, the manager, is excellent! I have lived here since the property opened and have no complaints. Service requests are handled very quickly, and Jon and Allen are always available to help us with any questions we may have. The property is consistently clean, with staff working daily to maintain its cleanliness. Additionally, there is overnight security to ensure that both the cars and the property remain safe. The gym and clubhouse are beautiful and always well-maintained. I am very glad to live here! - 3 weeks ago

Review by Arash Rashidi (Rating: 3): Although the property manager tried to answer my questions through the phone, however, I did not get a customer friendly vibe from her. Below are the reasons why I did not become a new resident in Lux:
1) There is no option to break the lease such as 2 months rent, and you are responsible for the entire lease term rent which is not customer friendly at all.
2) The deposit is too extensive equal to 1 month rent and based on what the property manager described there are mandatory charges for cleaning and the vibe I get is she will charge us for any stain or color change to any tile. - 4 months ago

Review by Margo M (Rating: 5): I moved to Lux Costa Mesa 5 months ago. Rental managers Perusha and Lita are friendly, attentive, and sweet. All documents were completed quickly and easily. Iwas looking for an apartment in a newly built building with European design and new kitchen appliances, plus awashing machine and dryer in the apartment. It's all here. Clean and tidy, multi-level parking! There are many shops,a market, city buses near the house.I'm very glad to live here. - 4 months ago
