Review by Erik Mencia (Rating: 1): This place is terrible. If you could go anywhere else; do NOT hesitate. Management is non-existent and will avoid you at all costs. The community itself is filthy and trash is overloading into the streets. I have been paying for washer/dryer for months now when it is broken and has been reported MANY times. Any requests for repairs are met with empty promises. However, if you’re late on rent or do not pay for the non-functioning washer/dryer they charge you $50 for and receive threatening letters within 24 hours. Review by Kareem Joshua (Rating: 1): Very ghetto. The phone receptionist barely knew any information about the apartments. They don’t have a website with pictures. They don’t tell you about any of the amenities in the unit or the community. This is very bad I would stay away. - 8 months ago
