Review by Marina Mitina (Rating: 5): We have been living in Millennium Apartments for two years, and we couldn’t be happier. The area is incredibly charming, with a European, almost Italian vibe, which all our friends admire when they visit. Our apartments are new, clean, and beautifully maintained. Since the new manager took over, we have noticed many positive improvements, like the stunning new fountains by the lake. The manager, Mike, is approachable, friendly, and always willing to help. The neighborhood features lush green roads, golf courses, and is close to shops, restaurants, and scenic walking paths. Highly recommended! - 3 months ago
Review by Anthony Tobiasz (Rating: 1): There is one constant here, and that's downward spiral.
It used to be the best apartment complex above all others. I renewed my lease here because of how much I felt at home. I'm now regretting that choice. At the start of the year, the team entirely changed. We lost all our original office and maintenance staff after they were transferred to the company's newest property, Atlas at the Loop. It was prioritized to have things set up there over continuing success here. We didn't have a property manager for some time but our office staff was still being moved to Atlas. As staff decreased, standards followed. The grass areas are either overgrown or just bare and dry, and there is a problem with fleas. Every time I take my dog out he picks up a flea from the grass here. Gates have been down for months, which concerns me since a short while ago cars were broken into at one of the buildings. Parking is slim and I have no choice but to pay a nominal monthly fee to reserve a space. The hallways are disrespected by residents, in the photos you'll see dog urine all over, and trash is almost always dumped outside front doors. There is a roach problem here and the trash being left out in the hallways does not help. The office is not making active progress towards enforcing the policies here. We are a non-smoking community and I am greeted to the stench of marijuana daily on my return from work. Despite bringing all these issues to staff attention several times, the issues continue. Our maintenance supervisor is the one saving grace here, he's working around the clock to keep up with maintenance requests but just doesn't have the team he needs to succeed. The way the last leasing agent explained it to me, "corporate doesn't think we're a big enough property for more staff so they keep it thin".
I know this is out of the control of this complex, however the building next door started construction out of nowhere and I now live next to a noisy construction project that blocks the roads and access to my parking lot.
I'm severely disappointed and really just sad because I called this place home and my home fell to shambles.... waiting for the lease to expire now. - 7 months ago
Review by Kenna Rudominer (Rating: 3): Year 2 Update: (2.5 stars):
I re-signed my lease for another year but am unfortunately regretting it. The beautiful property has been marred by overflowing dumpsters, dog pee and poop in the hallways, and dying grass and trees. All of the management and maintenance staff that made this place special have left for the new property, though Michael thankfully returned recently. What spurred me to update this review is the e-mail I just received regarding the introduction of a system called ParkM: despite the fact that I already pay $40/month for a carport to have a guaranteed spot, I am going to have to pay an additional fee on top of that just to park my car. My amenity fees also went up $28/month at resigning and for what? Events that get cancelled and never rescheduled? Unfortunately, this seems to be the tale for a lot of new places like this—the prices go up, and the quality goes down. It’s been sad to see the place I’ve called home decline before my own eyes as one of the first residents here. The location isn’t even as desirable anymore, as both Izziban and Holy Grain permanently closed, and the Publix is also closed (I assume temporarily, but nothing has been communicated to the community). I concur with much of Anthony Tobiasz’s review—it’s been really disappointing to see the slow downward descent. Hopefully things can turn around.

Year 1 Update (5 stars):
I’ve lived here for just under 1 year now and happily re-signed my lease! The amazing team here really makes this an enjoyable place to live, and any issues I’ve had have been quickly resolved. The fun resident events still happen just as frequently as they did at the beginning, and the place is kept very clean. A few things have declined: I haven’t seen the free snacks or drinks in the common room for months, and the same for coffee add-ins (at one point there was a whole bar of flavored syrups!). I also hate the digital locks that were mandatory to have installed, but some people prefer them. Otherwise, this is still a great place to live and would highly recommend it.

Original Review (5 stars):
I relocated to Orlando for work and had to find an apartment pretty quickly, and despite having no reviews Millenium Metrowest stood out to me during my search, so it's only fair that I write one (no incentive is being provided). After moving in last week, I've really enjoyed my experience here thus far! The apartments are beautiful and new, and any issues I've had have been handled immediately by the leasing office team and maintenance staff, with calls to follow up and make sure they've been dealt with properly. The amenities are also wonderful--it's a bit of a ghost town right now since it's so new, but I've enjoyed the pool, lounge, workspace, gym, and lots of free coffee and snacks. Everyone I've spoken to is very friendly and welcoming, particularly Heather at the office. The location is great and walkable to Publix, CVS, and restaurants, and the complex itself is very secure with fobs and a controlled gate. I look forward to the events that they will start hosting in the coming month! - 5 months ago
Review by Ellen Lima (Rating: 5): I had a fantastic experience renting this property, and the service provided by Felix was simply exceptional. From the very first contact, he was extremely professional, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring all my needs were met. Felix showed deep knowledge of the property and the surrounding area, which made me feel confident and well-informed at every stage of the process.
He was quick to respond to all my questions and was always available to offer assistance, making the rental process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The transparency and clarity with which he explained all the details gave me a lot of confidence, and the care he showed for every aspect of my stay made all the difference.
The property was in perfect condition, exactly as described, and exceeded all my expectations. Felix made sure everything was impeccable before my arrival and continued to offer support throughout my stay, always with a smile and a positive attitude.
I highly recommend both the property and Felix’s service to anyone looking for an unparalleled rental experience. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have a perfect stay. Thank you so much, Felix, for all your hard work and dedication! - 5 months ago
Review by Ivan Mitin (Rating: 5): We’ve been living at Millennium Apartments for two years now and are still thrilled with our choice. The area is simply wonderful: a peaceful, quiet neighborhood where tranquility always reigns. Everything you need is nearby, including fantastic restaurants with delicious pizza and a popular Brazilian café that draws crowds but never disrupts our rest. The newly renovated Publix will be opening soon, offering even more convenience. The friendly, pet-welcoming community and picturesque walking paths make this place perfect for living with pets. Highly recommended! - 3 months ago
