We are so so happy we did!
The area is perfect for mix of nature and community living, The residents of Fremont are really great and our property manager Kevin is always there to answer any questions or concerns.
The building is well maintained, clean and full of friendly residents and mosaic staff.
Although Covid restrictions are in place, the gym and rec centre have a lot it offer and there’s a pool!
Not too often you find a dog friendly building, with a dog wash and park 2 min away.
It really is a wonderful place to live. Definitely recommend! - 3 years ago

Review by Tiffany (Rating: 5): I just moved out of Fremont living, after being a resident for 2 years. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Mosaic, in fact so happy I chose another Mosaic property when I was looking to relocate.

Management was always responsive, and the new resident manager Kevin has been a pleasure to work with. The property was clean, safe, and close to all the amenities you could ask, the Poco trail being right behind in your backyard and Walmart/ shoppers/many stores within a few blocks. The suite itself was beautiful with huge high vaulted ceilings.

The amenity center is top notch with all high-end equipment, beautiful pool, basketball court and huge common area. A perfect place for kids no doubt.

It was just a pleasure to come home to at the end of the day. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a fantastic layout and we enjoyed all the amenities that Fremont had to offer. Review by Krystal Marshall (Rating: 5): Fremont is a great place to live. I stayed in a one bedroom unit that was nicely built and spacious. Everyone in the community is very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean, secure, and conveniently located near shopping areas and hwy .

Kevin, the Resident Manager, is very professional, helpful, and kind. Any concerns or questions, he addresses them quickly.
