The amenities are well-maintained and very clean, including a fantastic coworking space that’s perfect for remote work. For EV owners like myself, the availability of four chargers is a huge plus—they're almost always accessible, making charging super convenient. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature. My apartment has a stunning balcony view overlooking the woods, which adds to the serene atmosphere. Another highlight is the outdoor amenities, including hiking trails and a dog park, making it a great place for both nature lovers and pet owners. I can walk my dogs down to the water from the property at NW. The current front office and maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly. Review by Sandy Gross (Rating: 5): My husband and I have lived here for over two years and love it here. We feel it is not only safe here, but beautiful, and well run. Josh and Lindsey do a really good job in mgt. and maintenance is top-notch, very responsive and kind. In fact, the maintenance crew is the same crew as when we moved in. Neighbors are pleasant, and despite the construction going on on 360, once you drive up the driveway, it feels like a little oasis back in here. You might read about dramas in some of these reviews, but if you treat people with kindness and are reasonable with your requests/timing, etc,, I feel the staff is very good here and aim to please. If there is a small critique, I do find the lack of lighting at night very odd. It gets quite dark due to the location, and the lighting is quite terrible, almost non existent. You could barely spit the building number. Areas are pitch black, and yes that does invite creepy crawlies, foxes and other small animals. Arriving back to my apartment at night is not a good experience, and delivery people don’t have a good time either. - a week ago

Our apartment is very private and has a balcony that overlooks the nature reserve which brings us deer, coyote, and a plethora of birds. The space feels more like a home than an apartment. The management has done a good job keeping the property looking nice and keeping up with maintenance. We have enjoyed our time here. - 4 months ago
