The building is quiet, clean, and is a very good place to live. However, I do not rate it 5 because there are some issues with the laundry room. Some tenants have dogs and put their things into the laundry, and sometimes it is full of dog hair and dirty. Tenants have to clean and disinfect before putting their clothes into the washing machine.
