The concierge team is always so welcoming, helpful, and professional. Richard, Shane, and Sedrik are incredible and our baby boy looks forward to waving to them hello and goodbye everyday!

The building is impeccably maintained thanks to the staff who work tirelessly keeping everything, from the lobby to the amenities in pristine condition.

Having known this building for nearly a decade, it’s incredible to see it in the same immaculate condition as when it first opened. The level of care and attention to detail in maintaining the property is remarkable.

What makes Park & Garden even more special is its amazing team. Alexandra and Ally in the office are absolutely fantastic -always professional, approachable, and ready to assist. The concierges Rich and Shane are phenomenal, and their loyalty to the building speaks volumes about the quality of the residents, management, and staff. It’s rare to find such dedication and consistency in a community.

We’ve been living here since 12/23. We have had great experiences with the leasing agents, Helen and Alexandra, and love the front desk staff.
