Review by Mia (Rating: 5): I highly recommend this place if you are new to Toronto. The entire process is smooth and standard. The agent, Susan, is very kind and responsive; she answers every question quickly and helps push the process along.
The facility is clean, and they often vacuum the carpets in the hallway at the entrance of the rooms. I haven't seen an apartment do that as frequently before.
If I had to make one complaint, it would be that I really enjoy table tennis and would love to suggest adding a table tennis table. I believe it would help foster a more connected, fun, and warm community. - in the last week
Review by Tired Devil (Rating: 1): DO NOT RENT HERE. Seriously, save yourself the stress, the money, and the absolute misery. This building is a DISGRACE, a glorified slum masquerading as "luxury." Don't fall for the slick ads and fake promises – they are a blatant LIE. Living here is like residing in a third-world dumpster. The elevators and common areas are perpetually filthy, even though they have a cleaner.
Parking? Forget about it. It's a cramped, claustrophobic rat hole where you constantly fear for your car's safety (and your own). Expect dings, dents, and the constant anxiety of navigating the narrow, poorly designed space.
And then there's the constant barrage of notices. Water shutoffs are a regular occurrence, seemingly timed for maximum inconvenience. Hosting a party? Too bad, the water will probably be off. Need to use the bathroom? Cross your fingers. They have zero regard for residents' schedules or basic human needs. They'll randomly demand you move your car for "parking cleaning" but offer zero guidance on where to park it instead. They simply DON'T CARE.
Privacy? A distant memory. Prepare for an endless stream of maintenance notices and "inspections" that give them free rein to barge into your apartment whenever they please. Your home will feel less like a sanctuary and more like a fishbowl.
The absolute last straw? Today, after I worked back-to-back twelve-hour shifts and desperately needed some sleep before returning to work, they decided to conduct a fire alarm test. Not only did the alarm blare incessantly, but they also used the building's intercom system to broadcast announcements directly into my unit. I woke up with my heart pounding, completely stressed and exhausted.
This place is a prison – except in prison, you don't pay $2500 a month for a tiny, filthy cell. Seriously, RUN. Find somewhere else to live. You'll thank me later. - a week ago

Review by Patricia Whittingham (Rating: 5): I have been at Parkside Square since it first opened in 2019. I was excited to move in after getting a tour. I loved that I was moving into a new building with the amenities that were available. I was also impressed to find out that maintenance and cleaners were always on board to keep the building in great condition and clean.
I have been happy living here because the entire team, concierge, maintenance, cleaners, leasing staff, and managers have always been professional, kind and with great personalities, and they all do a fantastic job in their area of expertise. The leasing Manager, Haus, whom I have dealt with in regard to leases, has been fantastic to deal with.
Amenities includes a gym, a party room, a games room, movie room, a business area for meetings, and even a dog bathing room. Also each suite has an insuite laundry room. They have placed doggie scoop bags and bins to assist pet owners in keeping the grounds clean. Any request I have sent to maintenance has always been attended to promptly. Cleaning staff is always working diligently to keep the amenities areas, hallways, etc, clean. I love living at Parkside and I applaud the entire team for always working to maintain it. One must remember that tenants must follow the rules and also do their part in maintaining the building which is their home.
Parkside Square continues to be a fantastic place to live and I would recommend it. - in the last week
