Review by Sharief (Rating: 4): been few months since we moved in. so far so good its nice, clean and super quiet apartment complex. The staff is nice specially Tim he is very helpful when we move in. The rent is in the high but we got the fully renovated unit with brand new appliances. Cant wait till summer so we can utilize the pool and jacuzzi. Will be updating my review then. - 10 months ago

Review by Abdulaziz Alzahrani (Rating: 1): I went 3 days ago to see one of the apartments they have and tbh the apartments are so tiny and very low ceiling (where in their advertisement they described it by saying “we have huge apartments” misleading ad.) more like a depressing looking apartment and the funny thing they ask for $2000+/month!!! are you kidding me I wouldn’t even pay $500 for this garbage!! Linda isn’t a very welcoming person she was kinda rude when I was talking to her about more details about the contract and stuff and she just rudely said “I can’t go any further” referring to our conversation to end. Tim is a super nice guy I had a pleasure meeting him! My advice to you folks this isn’t a great place to live with what you gonna pay it’s better to look around and not have to deal with that menopause Linda! - 3 years ago

Review by Tech Savy (Rating: 1): Lived here for more than 7 years. While vacating the manager told me not to worry about cleaning as the apartment will be re-modelled totally. I cross verified via emails multiple times about cleaning but the manager kept saying that I will be fine. But, now the management charged a hefty cleaning fee from the deposit.
Additionally when I leased this apartment the carpet was not changed only cleaned. Connivingly no walk-through was done on the last day. The small hole in the wall was originally taped, still they charged lot of money from the deposit.
Overall the management is very rude and uncourteous. I also informed about these whereabouts to the human resource department in Esri. I will never think of them again. Stay away from this apartment complex. - 11 months ago

Review by olevia mitchell (Rating: 5): Great place to live! The apartments are very nice and spacious with a patio/balcony priced fairly within the rental market. Linda is a great Manager, she is on top of her position and ensures that the tenants are able to live in comfortable enjoyment. Tim is an awesome maintenance guy he too is on top of making any repairs in a timely manner. Both are super courteous and professional! - 2 years ago
