Review by Dakota LaPeare (Rating: 5): My best friend and I moved into these apartments approximately a year and a half ago and to be honest, although it’s a bitter happiness because we are now moving into our own home, we are sad to go. Aida has been there for absolutely everything we ever needed without hesitation or question and has been nothing but 100 percent professional for both of us. The people living here are friendly and everyone seems to be happy living in these apartments. Although it’s a sad day knowing we are going very soon, we hope that we can leave the happiness and joy that we experienced for the next to take our place. Review by Tim Bowman (Rating: 5): The building has a great location: easy walking distance to the Skytrain and Royal Columbian Hospital, with a playground and sports field across the street, and shops on Columbia Street.

While prices are high like everywhere else in the Lower Mainland, I want to compliment the local building management. Service was really bad until a few years ago - you'd call the office, tell them your problem, get no response to your problem, and when you called again you got someone totally different who'd never heard of you, much less your issue. But as of a few years ago, the service has massively improved with management that is competent and responsive. - 8 months ago

Review by Courtney Huber (Rating: 5): It has taken some time to write a review, so here it goes. I had lived in Sherbrooke Manor for 6 years with my parter and our daughter. The beginning was a little rough but when they turned over management to Oliver, Reza and everyone else at the Howay location everything started to get better. They do care for all the tenants and we definitely felt that having them as our management team. I understand that there were many issues with the building when they took over but we always felt (and witnessed) the hard work of the team trying to better the building (and relationships) for all that lived there. I will miss the team very much. We did our part as good tenants and they did theirs as landlords. It's because of our faith in them (and another that was moved to another location) that we chose to stay with Capreit. Thank you for a great experience. - 4 years ago
