We have our own laundry inside of the apartment which is very convenient. The neighbourhood is pretty good here. Management is working very hard. They are very helpful. Any repair and replacement happens within 3 business days. I would definitely recommend my friends about this apartment complex. - 4 months ago

Review by George Nungaray (Rating: 4): I have lived here over 8 years and definitely saw a difference with this new management company vs the previous one, HOWEVER... the property is definitely UNDER staffed and could use the extra admin. We need porters to help clean the property when the maintenance technicians are assisting with technical issues and please dont have the office staff cleaning outdoors when they're supposed to be inside available to assist walk ins. Over all our time here has been great, safe and quiet, but would hate for it to down fall. - 7 months ago

Review by Brandy Tovar (Rating: 5): My fiance and I are first time renters, and we've been so anxious about starting this process together. Definitely didn't know what to expect and have always heard about shady horror stories. When it comes to Sierra Vista, we were pleasantly surprised. They were at the top of our list of apartments to consider because we've read the reviews and seen the pictures online. But those don't fully capture just how great this place already seems. The grounds are beautiful and spotless and handled with such care, it's quiet and peaceful despite being near such a busy area, and the leasing consultant who helped us was so beyond patient and understanding and so willing to work with us. Vanessa is the absolute best, through this whole process, she broke everything down for us without all the corner cutting. We asked what we would need to put down altogether and she was so straight forward in a way that helped us build trust and confidence that this was the next place we wanted to call home. We are so excited to join the Sierra Vista community and if you've considered it, they're definitely top of the charts. Thank you again for everything!
