Really happy with my experience at the Columbia by Strand. The building is in a fantastic location- close to the Skytrain, which makes it easy to get to both downtown and the airport, and also walking distance to Cambie and Main St shopping and restaurants. We lived here for over 4 years, it was the perfect place for my wife, myself and our dog. Great parks nearby, and so close to the Canada Line made traveling so easy. We could get to the airport in just a few steps and a couple of train stations. Building management was dependable and helpful too. Perfect location, friendly community and highly professional property management.

Let me provide few examples. One day we stopped getting spam letters in our mail, they added a special red sticker and we didn't even complain. This was really delightful.

They hired a dedicated cleaning team who keep all our corridors really clean despite any weather conditions.

A noisy door got fixed right away. I remember when a garage door broke for some reason, so they worked until late to fix it.
