Review by Tiffany Thomas (Rating: 1): I don’t know where to begin. I moved into The Hazel in November and it hasn’t been great. When moving in? I had to constantly follow up with the leasing team, I was given the wrong address and the wrong cable company (they have cable in the units why would you recommend anyone but them)? But they have been consistent with their horrible service. I still have to follow up for maintenance requests. I put one on for a clogged toilet yesterday at 5:00 p.m. and my toilet is still clogged but they had hot chocolate in the lobby this morning….so there is that. My daughter was accosted by a man in the building, they were supposed to follow up and of course never followed up. Now they will email you 10 times when rent is due, I wish they were like this with all their responses. Anyway, there are a TON of luxury buildings going up in JC, find another with a more responsive staff please.
An update, had an issue with heating today put in a work order at 12:16 p.m. and I was emailed at 5:40 p.m. saying someone would be here tomorrow. This is their norm. Please remember this if you are thinking about this complex.
2nd update, maintenance got to my home on Sunday morning for a request I put in on Friday at 12. He said my HVAC unit was not properly screwed in that's why the cold air was coming in and why I had such a hard time heating the unit. He also applied corking. IT TOOK 48 HOURS!!!
