Review by Martha Castillo (Rating: 5): The whole process was super smooth and the staff there were extremely welcoming and friendly talked to me through the tour of the ends and outs and complex background and changes and the upgrades… I also experienced and saw the upgrades in the units we toured. They were clean upgraded appliances and AC units. The gym was decent and very clean. They also have a Karaoke community room which is super cool. Complex is quite at night no problems at all. Neighbors so far are friendly and welcoming.they have easily accessible visitors parking with a website to easily access to register the vehicle and plenty of parking. Kapil is great and help me apply and get income housing which as help me tremendous. Plus I love that I'm five minutes away from work. Review by Sami jo Jo (Rating: 1): They are infested with cochroches. They have been illegally evicting people for the whole time I have been here over a year. They switch office people so frequently that they easily confuse tenants. When I moved in They left my keys under the front mat and the hedge is right on 35 access road bu runberg. When you research the neighborhood it's one of Austin's most unsafe neighborhoods. The prices are far from what is advertised and the name of the hedges game is to take advantage of the people that they can wrongfully evict. It was convenient to move in so unexpectedly and last minute. But other then that it's literally been a living hell everyday. - 2 weeks ago
