Good thing: Lake view, walking distance dog park and 99 Ranch Market.

Bad thing: Appliances are old and expensive utility fees, no lights, no air conditioners, house doesn’t keep the inside warm enough. - 2 weeks ago

Review by Alana L (Rating: 5): My partner and I have lived at the Lagoons for over two years now with no plans of leaving any time soon! The team from concierge to maintenance- have always been responsive and they are fair when it comes to handling any issues/challenges that come up. Hands down, Jessica Ramirez has been our greatest support when we have questions/concerns. I’ll stop by on my walks from time to time just to chat sometimes and they (especially Jessica ) are seriously the friendliest bunch.

One thing to note if you’re considering the Lagoons is the noise insulation is not the BEST. From the outside, you could definitely hear when folks are watching tv/putting away the dishes. Not a bad trade off for ample lighting & superior air ventilation in my opinion. Makes the neighborhood feel warm and homey.

The view of the lagoon is really beautiful and creates an amazing vibe for walks or while working in their lounge. The units look great as well, the only thing is not all of them have A/C (though apparently it isn't very necessary with the nice breeze that comes in) Overall, a very decent place to live, and shoutout to one of their neighborhood ambassadors Jessica Ramirez for providing a wonderful tour of the property, for patiently answering my all my questions, and going beyond by even helping me setup an impromptu tour at their sister property, Miramar. - 2 years ago
