They truly go above and beyond to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for all residents. You can tell they genuinely care about the community, and their efforts are one of a kind.

Tino, the maintenance supervisor, is just as incredible. He’s always on top of everything and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s offering a helping hand after hours or just being around to assist, his dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s also wonderful to see him and the team around the property on weekends—it makes us residents feel like we’re truly part of a well-cared-for community.

Review by Klaus Coc1 (Rating: 1): This has been a rather disappointing review to write. I've been living at The Morgan for half a year now. Brock and Cathy were amazing and were always responsive. The new people, not so much.

During the recent storm, our ceiling started leaking and we called maintenance (12/13). They put a bucket to collect the water. They came in the next day and put plastic cover. This is what my living room looked like before and the photos of what it currently looks like. Far from luxury living. The maintenance (from a company called The Plant) said they'll be back on Mon. There's another storm on Tue and they want to wait for other potential leaks.

I've recently just had surgery and have been pleading The Morgan all day to expedite the repair as this poses a hazard for my safety. I'm not sure if they're taking my concern seriously, but I'm seriously concerned they are not. I hope this reaches the proper channels, or warn people who are considering to live at The Morgan. - 3 years ago
