Review by Stephanie Fletcher (Rating: 5): I just moved into Milagro and so far the move has been seamless. Especially grateful to Bianca Cabrera whose kind and upbeat customer service made finding my new home a lovely experience. She answered all my questions and addressed my needs swiftly. The apartment was in pristine condition upon arrival with adorable welcome gifts in every room. Milagro is a beautiful place to live with a friendly and attentive staff. I am happy to call this place my new home! - 4 years ago
Review by Erin Kelly (Rating: 1): I wish I could give this place zero stars. It doesn’t even deserve one. They just implemented a new parking system where your guests get 2 free hours. That’s it. After that, you’re paying 3+ dollars an hour to park in the tightest, worst parking garage, ever! SERIOUSLY! I’ve paid them about $30 for someone staying just the last 2 nights! So if you want to have someone visit you from out of city/state, just forget about it! and there’s only a couple spots “designated” for guests anyway! While others remain open! This is the worst experience by far. Location isn’t good enough for this mess, plus the extremely high rent. Look elsewhere. - 4 months ago
Review by Scott DeCecchis (Rating: 5): We just moved long distance into this building and we absolutely are in love with it!!! Updated and very clean, great amenities and location were exactly what we wanted in our price range. Then to move here and start to interact with the great staff from the leasing office folks to the front door/security to even the cleaning people had been nothing short of amazing. Jose from the leasing office was really patient with us and my 10000 questions that sometimes I felt were silly or stupid to ask but he was so helpful with everything and accommodating with our move every step of the way. Have only been here 2 weeks and we feel so at home and happy with choosing this building and can’t that everyone enough that works here with all the help and friendly smiles they have!!! - 8 months ago
Review by Sean Cannon (Rating: 1): Property management just implemented parking policies that charges residents' guests to park in daytime and overnight. We have had no issues with parking nor heard of other residents with such. Ridiculous! They also regularly test their fire alarms all day which is disruptive for work and otherwise mind-numbing. You can find better ammenities and service for a similar price in the area. - 5 months ago
Review by Gerardo Perez (Rating: 1): You hire a private company to give parking tickets to generate more money. Policies changed after we moved in. Dog piss in the elevators - a month ago
