Review by Nestor Velazquez (Rating: 1): Apartment floor plan is amazing great space and great kitchen. However property maintenance is kind of rough. For being brand new and "luxury apartments" especially. Grass area has a huge area that is spotty and whole parts that are dead and resemble a swamp with constant puddles and algae. There are some areas in front of the apartments that fill with water during rains and it doesnt drain causing tons of mosquitoes. The dog poop bags are constantly empty and theres dog mess everywhere. Walk areas have stains and dirt and are never cleaned. Trash on stairs. We love our apartment just wish these things were addressed.

Review by R Vel (Rating: 5): We have been living at the Venue at Orange since late March and we have loved the amazing staff, who always go above and beyond. The leasing staff, maintenance crew, and management all go above and beyond for this community. From community activities like an amazing charcuterie open house with free drinks and appetizers last month, and an upcoming pool party, to amazing work from home spaces and places to entertain, we are so grateful for how well taken care of we are here. It's a brand new community, so expect that things are sometimes in that test and adjust phase, but as soon as we put in a maintenance request, we are quickly taken care of for anything that has come up. This is a "10 minute" apartment for almost every essential. Citrus plaza, downtown, multiple nearby grocery stores including stater's next door, great thrifting, etc. There's even a farmers market at the park next door every Saturday morning. This place truly has it all! Every member of the venue's team have always been amazing and so helpful. We are so glad to call this community home. - 6 months ago
