Review by Rajesh Prasad (Rating: 5): We stayed in 101 Peter street apartment of Toronto Boutique Apartments recently. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of downtown ( Location- Location- Location) and was very tastefully decorated, maintained and ready for our use when we arrived.
The company kept its service promise from the start and were super responsive to all our queries right from booking- checking in to exit.
They were very mindful of our requirements and did certain things without asking for e.g. sending a brand new dinner set!
They were always at hand to help and email responses were always within 3-5 minutes at any time of the day.

Review by Obaid Ur Rehman (Rating: 5): Whether you are a new resident of Canada, someone travelling for work, travelling for vacations or need to fulfill the home quarantine requirements for new immigrants arriving in Toronto, Toronto boutique apartments is the perfect place and best option for you.
Based on my 2 months duration stay at one of their Yorkville properties, I can stand witness to the following:

1. Their apartments are strategically in locations that offer complete privacy and peace of mind from every perspective, whether it relates to the utilities (Internet, TV, Laundry etc.) or the reception of the building. Everything is perfect. Fully furnished apartments covering everything.

2. One of the best things that I liked the most was the attention to detail. They make sure that you have nearly all the utilities available to you. Minor details such as Towels, nearly every kitchen utility that you can imagine such as coffee maker if you are a coffee freak or someone who likes to cook, you will be surprised to see the minor details they go to ensuring everything is there for your comfort. (Vacuum cleaner, Iron with ironing stand, cleaning detergents etc.)

I had to stay for 14 days home quarantine as I was coming from abroad, they made sure that I was fully comfortable and that I did not had to step out for anything during my home quarantine, even notified the concierge to send and deliver everything at my door step (groceries, food, packages etc.) and the reception staff were really helpful in this regard.

High speed internet, nearly most TV channels that you need to watch, Netflix, beautiful balcony with calming views to relax. Parking spot was also provided at the unit I was staying which is more than a blessing in downtown Toronto. They stand true to the statement that you just need to bring your luggage and the rest will be taken care by them.

Based on my personal experience, I have no doubt that if you plan to stay at their properties, it will be the best decision. Highly recommended. - 3 years ago
