I myself am a property manager and can say that Angela from the front office is actually the best property manager I’ve ever encountered. If you’ve lived in Apartments before you know how difficult it might be to get the attention of the front office, but she is always on point and never misses, huge kudos to her for having such a big heart for her community. You can really tell that it means a lot to her which intern means a lot to us. Maintenance is also the fastest I’ve ever seen and I continually recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a place near the heart of Austin. Affordable and Adorable. - a month ago

Review by Andrea S (Rating: 4): This is one of the better apartments in the Austin area. Their affordable, clean, old, helpful, and kind. I have lived there for about 2 years. It is a gated community there is no washer dryer hook up in the apartments. However, they do have coin operated washer and dryers around the complex. I enjoy living at this apartment because it's setup more like a neighborhood. There is no fenced in dog park arrange, but plenty of green space to walk your dog. My dog is a none aggressive breed and weighs about 70lbs. Neighbors here can put up Christmas decorations and treat it like a neighborhood. Once a year the complex throws a resident appreciation party at the pool. Their they provide free bar b questions cater from Bill Miller's. At this party I have meet several cool neighbors. There are stray cats roaming the neighborhood therefore we have not had a pest problem. However, because of the trees in the area and the age of the complex in the summer you may see a bug once in a while. Overall, I enjoy living at Towne Oaks I. - 4 years ago

The maintenance team is on it... if you need something fixed or have any type of issue they're there within a day. They are older apartments , but really well kept and the other tenants are all very good at keeping down noise and making the place have an overall safe feeling. - 5 years ago
