We love the Trillium — its a very clean, quiet, and laid back community; the pool is not huge but its very clean and the whole area around it is very nice for small outside gatherings (grilling or whatnot). The units themselves are very modern and spacious; with lots of built in amenities such as dryer/washer etc.
We have no complaints really, besides Exiting left onto Menchaca can be a little difficult when its prime traffic times but oftentimes it only takes a minute for it to clear up - 6 months ago

Review by Robbie Partida (Rating: 5): 4.5/5 Everything here has been great so far, definitely one of the nicer apartment complexes in the area. Neighbors are nice, quiet, and generally clean. The only thing I didn't like is that some of the countertops in my apartment had circular rust stains before I moved in. Would've preferred non-stained countertops, but I guess that's my fault signing the lease before getting a chance to view the specific unit I'd be living in.
