He is very approachable and always address the issues we had in the apartment swiftly. His willingness to serve beyond his limit is what sets him apart from others. Review by Riley Aquino (Rating: 4): The building manager is incredible! This building is pretty old which of course meant there were occasional hiccups with our suites plumbing/ electricity but that can’t be helped. Some of my neighbors were pretty sketchy but that's a given considering the area Uptown is located in.

Putting those issues aside for a moment I'd like to emphasize how quick John (the building manager) was to respond to any questions or concerns my roommate and I had. I've lived in 4 different properties since I moved to Vancouver over half a decade ago and I can tell you without a doubt in my mind that John is the most professional/ attentive Landlord type I've ever dealt with. He’s an amazing asset to his company and I truly hope that Mainstreet appreciates what they have with him as their employee.

If you don’t want to take my word for it I’d encourage you to check out other Mainstreet google reviews. If you do look end up checking out what other people have said over the years you will see that I’m absolutely not the only one that feels lucky having had John as my property manager. - a year ago
