Review by Alicia Torres (Rating: 1): The staff it's very disrespectful and unprofessional , I went to get some information regards the apartments and one of their employees stoped me at the entrance and asked me what do I want ??? Like really that's your poor customer service?? Not even a "how can I help you" ? .. after I said I need information they call another lady her name is Silvia Milian apparently she is the property manager.. she said ohh there is nothing available until probably 3 years from now, I asked if they have some type of information like a brochure or something and she said not we don't have anything , then I asked if they have an online pg and she handled me a business card. She was very arrogant and unprofessional as she was responding she was with a nasty attitude and don't even let us sit . Really bad experience! - 7 years ago
