We stayed here for 16 months, the whole experience was great. The building was calm without any major issue. The management were super helpful & maintenance was unique. They did what they could to be friendly & supportive. Never had a problem with elevator which I know could be a hassle in downtown buildings. Common areas were clean & cozy.
Neighbors were nice.
During spring & summer you could enjoy the yard & the BBQ area with friends and family.

I lived here for over two years. I really enjoyed my apartment, and the staff was always lovely to chit chat with to get support when needed.

For living downtown, it was surprisingly peaceful and not too loud. The gym facilities were great, and I enjoyed the extra office space in the common areas as well.

Lived here for 2 years, moved out due to moving out of country. Excellent experience! Always someone around whether it be Security at night or Office Management during the day. Any maintenance issues in unit were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The building was well maintained and well upkept. Love their pet friendly policies as it is hard to find places that allow two pets.
