Review by Ruben Chavez (Rating: 5): We lived at Court House for 3 years and really enjoyed our time there thanks to a super responsive team and a very friendly front desk staff. Solid location with access to the 4-5, 2-3, F, G and and AC lines. My favorite part of living there was my running route from the Court House through Brooklyn Heights and along the East River. Amazing views. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance. The only con would be the condition of the AC/heater units. They were loud and would break down about once a year. However, the team was quick to get the loud machines working again. Not an ideal neighborhood for parking a car unless you can afford a parking spot in a garage. The building and all facilities are very well maintained and the overall atmosphere among residents and employees is very nice. The concierge team is super friendly and always fun to see! Also the maintenance crew (with a great superintendent) and management team always responds in a timely, friendly and efficient manner! Thanks Raul and Shirley. So I have experienced the building evolve from a great place to live to an ever-greater place to live. The apartments and common areas are well maintained, the staff are friendly and professional. I love the building events in the lobby and courtyard and the electronic bulletin board where you can find tenant items for sale, free, tenant skills, etc. It is an oasis and in a great neighborhood. Shout out to Shirley and her management team (is there anything they don’t know), Raul and his operations team (is there anything they can’t do), and Nathan and all of the incredible concierges (how do they quickly memorize everyone’s name including the children). 125 is a gem! - a year ago

The management team, the custodial team, the concierge team---everyone that runs the day to day workings of the building---are all excellent. I have had very few apartment issues that needed to be addressed over the years, but, when I have, Raul and his team have always taken care of them asap, the folks in the leasing office have always been helpful in the lease renewal process, and the front desk staff are always friendly, attentive, and helpful. 5 stars! - a year ago
