Review by Carolina Ramirez (Rating: 1): The only good thing about this place is its location since it is very near Brickell. However, I do not recommend moving into this building. It’s not worth it. The previous property manager was incredibly rude and didn’t take care of maintenance requests. I thought the new ownership would help. I was wrong. The new owner and property manager are both extremely rude, highly disrespectful and do not care about their tenants. They want to make your living situation hell so you move out so they can charge more to new tenants. If you want peaceful living, this place is not it. I have had terrible experiences here and if I could just get up and move, I totally would. We are in a pandemic so I am waiting for the lease to end. The building itself is also very old and has lots of underlying issues. Do yourself the favor and look elsewhere. - 4 years ago
