Review by Vincent (Rating: 2): Apartments look nice. Views are nice. HOWEVER, you have to put up with constant power outages about once per week. Elevators not working or getting stuck. Sometimes you have to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator to come. Garbage chutes always get blocked on a daily basis. You report damage such as a pipe leaking in the parking garage but it doesn’t get fixed until it bursts and is a major problem with flooding. Management is rude and discriminatory. I can keep going on. This place is not worth the expensive rent they charge. - a week ago
