I rented a furnished apartment in Somerset in 2022 and booked again for 2023. The apartments are nicely decorated and clean, the building is well-maintained, the central location in downtown Vancouver provides everything at your fingertips, and the property manager Mirela is wonderful. Mirela made the whole experience from application to arrival very easy & without stress. The apartment is lovely and exactly as pictured. I was concerned that the location would be too close to the busy and crowded commercial area, so was pleasantly surprised to find it tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac and walking directly west is only a 20 minute stroll to Stanley Park walking through a charming tree lined residential area. This is an excellent serviced apartment in the downtown of Vancouver. Walking distance to major hot spots, e.g. Robson Street, Granville Street, the Waterfront and skytrain stations. Lots of restaurants and shopping places nearby the apartment. Last but not the least, the management and staffs are very nice and professional.
