Review by Brandy Gonzalez (Rating: 5): My partner and I just renewed our lease for the fourth year! We absolutely love it here! Management and maintenance staff are all amazing! Special shout out to Mike from maintenance, he is absolutely amazing! He always answers any upkeep maintenance questions we have and whenever we put in a work order for maintenance he always responds in a timely manner and works with your schedule. Management is amazing! Selina and Claudia always answer any questions we have and are always super helpful! The complex always has and has always had beautiful landscaping. Management always does a great job of advising whenever there will be work done on the landscape and it always ends up looking so good! The views from our apartment are so cute! We love watching the sunset from our balcony or even from our window. Considering the fact that the plaza is within walking distance, the price is as competitive as all other luxury apartments that are in the same area. I have read a couple of the previous comments and I am shocked at the negative ones! Selina is the sweetest and most helpful person ever! She helped us from when we first inquired on the apartment up until now! Not only that, we have so many visitors parking spots and if you just park in your assigned parking spot you will NOT get towed! Like I said, been here for 4 years now and never once been towed or even came close to it. The dog park in the complex is so cute and if you don’t have a pup of your own, that is the perfect spot to go see the cute puppies of the complex! the amenities are all amazing, the club house with the pool table, tennis table, and basically a full kitchen is such a great flex for small gatherings or even just to hang out. The pool and jacuzzi are our favorite though! Tanning during the summer or just hitting the jacuzzi after a long day at work is the best! Their 24/7 gym is always a plus because it works with any schedule so there’s no excuses to not go and get a nice work out in! I look forward to being here for as long as we can! - 5 months ago

Review by Aurora Shiva Prasad (Rating: 5): I wasn't sure how much I would like living at the Summit, but oh my gosh this is the best complex ever. Everything is so clean, the units are gorg. I thought it would be annoying living the center of so many businesses, but it is the best. Oddly, it is a quiet complex, but it is the perfect walking distance to any store you might need. The staff if friendly and have different events to make residents feel at home. The gym and pool are the best. There really is not a single thing I could complain about, I want to live here forever! :) do not second guess it. OH and the in unit washer and dryer are life changing. - a month ago

Review by Aawaj Joshi (Rating: 1): I first called The Summit Apartments on Oct 15 to schedule a tour and left a voicemail. Two days later, I still hadn't heard back from them, so I visited the front office to see if I could get a tour. Three other people were also there for a tour, and we were all turned away. The staff at the office claimed they were busy with training and asked us to do virtual tours on their website instead. When I told them that there were no photos or virtual tours for the floor plan I was interested in, they said they'd email me videos of all floor plans, so I left them my email. Today is Dec 31, and I still haven't received any emails from them. I've tried calling them several times and left polite voicemails requesting the videos, but they never answered. What is the point of having a leasing office if you don't want to interact with prospective residents?

Also, I recently spoke with a colleague who lives at The Summit Apartments. He told me that in the recent past, a huge fight broke out in the parking lot, and someone was stabbed. I thought he was joking but later found out that it was true. So, in addition to the staff being uncommunicative, I guess the apartment is unsafe, too. - a month ago

Review by Stephanie (Rating: 5): I was a little nervous when coming to look at these apartments because of the negative comments towards management. I can assure you that they are not true! Selina and Claudia have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Selina is a ROCKSTAR, she has been so helpful and works so hard at trying to make tenants happy.
